Vendtra Boxes
Simple, straightforward, well-thought-out. Vendtra's trade show concept is based on exhibition stands (Octanorm) which are set up by a general exhibition builder using a modular box system. Different box sizes are available. The effort for exhibitors is minimal: travel to Augsburg, bring your own products, rollups, and brochures – done. Everything else is already set up at the trade show.
New: VendtraEasy
As a (foreign) manufacturer, how can you test and learn about the industry's opportunities and interests? With low effort and a small budget? This is easily achievable with the Speed-Up Tables. VendtraEasy is its own area on Vendtra for "power networking": getting acquainted, exchanging contact details, sharing product information, discussing needs, and scheduling appointments. In an organized 10-minute rhythm with an auditory cue, visitors move through exhibitor tables, focusing on individual categories or all of them – that's VendtraEasy.
Industry evening
On the first day of the trade fair, September 16, 2026, the industry evening will take place. With over 800 participants, this is the largest event for the vending and coffee industry in Europe. Talk with colleagues, get to know new people, and mingle with manufacturers and dealers in a relaxed atmosphere. All completely laid-back. Consumption vouchers are available from the manufacturer of your choice; self-payers are also welcome. Admission is free.
Free admission
We are of the opinion that a trade fair must be free of charge for visitors and offer added value. Through a straightforward online registration, every visitor automatically receives their personal admission ticket including a QR code via email. For the digital online trade fair Vendtra Twins, there is a separate online registration, through which all industry participants have direct access to all digital offerings of the online trade fair.
Hall 1 – Space for Everyone
Vendtra will take place for the first time in 2026 in Hall 1 of the Augsburg Exhibition Centre. With around 8,000 m2 of event space, exhibitors and visitors will have an ideal setting for the exhibition/booths, Speed-Up Tablet, lecture area, and an Operator Lounge. Exhibitors can use the proven booth concept or implement trade fair stands with their own trade fair builders.
Main focus
Vendtra is not a trade show but a sales and contact fair for the vending and coffee industry in Germany. With Vendtra, all participants get an overview of the latest and proven solutions and trends. Visitors can take advantage of interesting trade show discounts and special offers, and attend the industry evening to casually make new contacts and maintain existing ones.
