2 days fair plus
Vendtra is a 3-day festival. The pure Fair will take place from 24-25 September 2024, the Industry evening on September 24, 2024 and the VIP Day at September 26 2024 held. The trade show is hybrid. In other words, in real terms on the grounds of the Olympic Park in Munich and simultaneously online on the WWW. No matter how you participate, you will receive all the important information, news, Backings and can download documents, offers, images.
Industry evening
On the first day of the fair the September 24, 2024 the industry evening takes place. Talk to colleagues, meet new ones, exchange ideas with manufacturers and dealers in a relaxed atmosphere. Everything completely relaxed. The industry evening is intended for all those who can only plan an overnight stay. Plan to attend the evening after your visit to the show. Tickets are available free of charge through the manufacturer of your choice.
Networking Day
The VIP day on September 26, 2024 at the Oktoberfest is Germany's largest B2B industry event. Nowhere else can you find more VIPs of the division manufacturers, trade, distribution, lobby and partners of the vending and coffee industry Germany. The entire balcony of the Paulaner Festzelt is booked exclusively for VIPs of the industry. Tickets are limited and only available through exhibitors. So inform the host of your choice in good time.
Admission free, and more
We believe that a trade show must be free of charge for trade visitors - and offer added value. Via an uncomplicated online registration, every trade visitor automatically receives his personal admission ticket incl. QR code by e-mail. There is a separate online registration for the digital online trade show Vendtra Twins, which gives all industry participants direct access to all digital offerings.
Space for all
Vendtra comes with 4 areas at once: Area 1, Area 2, Area 3 and Area 4 (Outdoor Area). This ensures that the intended festival character is fulfilled - instead of spending the whole day in just one hall. Start in Area 1 and follow the walking concept. Meet manufacturers, colleagues or lobby in the different levels. Switch to the outdoor area, which is directly accessible via its own underpass from Area 3. Main focus
Vendtra is not a presence trade fair but a sales and contact fair for the vending and coffee industry. Vendtra provides all participants with an overview of the latest and proven solutions and trends.
